1)禁止攜帶酒精飲料、飲品入場。
2)請攜帶身分證件配合票口查驗。
3)未滿18歲青少年須父母陪同參加。
4)建議搭乘大眾交通工具，宣導酒後不開車，未成年者請勿飲酒。
5)車輛可停放於Pipe園區內收費停車場。
6)請愛護環境隨手做好垃圾分類，勿丟煙蒂。
7)園區內嚴禁升火。
8)配合警方取締違禁物品與危害公眾安全之行為，嚴禁攜帶毒品、槍械、刀械、棍棒等物品進入，如經查獲一律送警處理。
9)嚴禁違法行為及影響其他消費者之權益，本單位有權驅逐於場外不得再入場。
10)本票卷售出，退票事宜依照文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案ㄧ：消費者請求退換票之時限為演出日前5日(不含演出日) , 消費者於退、換票時限屆至前購買，迄於時限屆至後始收受票券或於開演前仍未收受票券者，亦得退票。請求退換票日期以實體票券寄回寄達日為準，退票需酌收票面金額10%手續費。

【【【【【 Precautions 】】】】】
1. No alcoholic beverages, or beverages are allowed into the venue.
2. Please bring your ID to cooperate with the ticket gate inspection.
3. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
4. It is recommended to take more public transportation, not to drive after drinking, and not to drink alcohol for minors.
5. There is a paid parking lot in Pipe area. Drivers can consider this.
6. Please care for the environment, sort your garbage and do not throw away cigarette butts.
7. Fires are strictly prohibited in the park.
8. It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs, firearms, knives, sticks and other items into the building. If they are found, they will be sent to the police.
9. Illegal acts and affecting the rights and interests of other consumers are prohibited. The unit has the right to be expelled from the venue and not allowed to re-enter the venue.
10. The ticket is sold, and refund matters are in accordance with item 6 of the “Refund and Exchange Mechanism” of the “Items that should be recorded and not recorded in the formal contract for arts and cultural performance tickets” stipulated by the Ministry of Culture. This program adopts a plan: the time limit for consumers to request a refund or exchange is 5 days before the performance date (excluding the performance day), and the date of request for refund or exchange is based on the return date of the physical ticket. Refunds are subject to a handling fee of 10% of the face value.
